Deluxe Systems, Inc., a material handling/wholesale distributor located in Tampa, was recently purchased by a private investor, according to Acquisitions Unlimited president, Jan Fowler.
Deluxe Systems (http://deluxe-systems.com) was founded in 1985 and was purchased by David Shank in 1994. The company is a distributor and installer of warehouse equipment such as cabinets, dock equipment, racking, shelving, lifts and lifting equipment. Over the years, it has evolved into a major player in supplying warehouse equipment for other distributors and auto dealerships.
The new owner is uniquely qualified to take over the business and has a similar background. The plans are to enhance and grow the business beyond its current size.
